How does the clay harden, and how should I store it?
The clay sets on its own in 24-48 hours, with no kiln needed! Special fibres blended in keep it strong and smooth as it dries.
Keep unused clay soft by sealing it in the resealable bag, and avoid leaving it exposed for long because it begins drying. Once a piece is done, brush on a layer of Sculpd varnish to get a tough, ceramic-style finish.
How long does it take to ship?
How fast it arrives is determined by the shipping method chosen at checkout. Standard shipping typically lands in 2-3 days across most of the contiguous US. In a hurry? Pick Express 2 Day or Express 3 Day for guaranteed faster delivery.
Can I return it if I change my mind?

The packaging was gorgeous, and inside was a very good instruction book plus enough clay to make several pieces. My daughter and I had a wonderful time with it during Christmas. There are also lovely paint colors and sets you can buy.

Fun Date Night!
I got a Sculpd pottery kit for two as a date for my girlfriend and me, and we were happy with it! It took longer than we expected, but once we got going we didn't want to stop! Each of us made 6 smaller pieces from our bags, and the ideas were really easy to follow. Would definitely recommend, just plan ahead for the drying and painting time! More pictures of the finished, painted pieces to come.
